Armor Of Light And Love

Cast away the works of darkness,
Put on the armor of light,
And turn from the wrong,
To do what is right…
Replace sin and selfishness,
With the armor of love,
As the peace of our Savior
Flows down from above!
~

For Jesus is our righteousness,
He alone can set us free,
The armor of light and love,
He provides continually…
As we surrender all to Him,
And His commandments we obey,
The peace of our Savior,
Flows down to us each day!
~

 

‘But put on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make no provision for the flesh, to fulfill its lusts.’

‘The night is far spent, the day is at hand.
Let us therefore cast away the works of darkness and put on the armor of light.’
